The location proved amazing. The staff acted helpful and very kind. The bar offered great food and drinks (I really enjoyed the cocktails). They always got you a table if you were a guest, even when the bar got busy at night.
The room we got was not cute at all. I noticed a musty smell and dust under the furniture (it was quite disappointing). The bathroom remained clean. The air conditioner stopped working on our last night, and nothing could be done until we left, bothersome.

the building offers a special ambiance the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully furnished with antique pieces the staff was very helpful and friendly i enjoyed sunset drinks on the rooftop terrace every evening the neighborhood has many great restaurants and a local feel
the shower had slight temperature fluctuations at times it was not a major issue though

The valet parking proved useful, with access to the surrounding area. The staff ensured my stay was seamless. The rooftop bar was a nice touch. Breakfast on the terrace offered views of Santo Spirito.
The elevators could get a bit slow during peak hours, a very slight inconvenience.
